I was greed by the cashier named Arianna, she provided me with a good customer service I requested the 16 pcs family meal only dark meat without any problems also the manager answered all my questions about the issue with ordering on their website. The place is really clean from where I see Bathrooms aren't accessible to the public, No diner in, only curbside, delivery or pick up. I think the business owner or the Management company should read customer complaints and improve their business because No customers No business! Good business brings more customers. Note I went weekday around 1:30 pm it was empty and weekends could be more busy but that should not change it the quality of service. I am going back soon anything I will change my review ”

The manager ensures her team gives you the best service they can possibly provide and offer within a timely, orderly, fashion. “ I’m so glad this Popeyes has reopened! The place has been very busy, but I’ve already eaten here twice since they reopened, and both times, the food was fresh and hot. The service has improved a lot as well. Erika, who took my order, was very nice and attentive, making sure everything was correct. Even with the crowd, the wait time wasn’t bad at all. Definitely happy to have this location back and looking forward to coming again! ”
“ One thing for sure you cannot go wrong with Popeyes. I'm giving it a five-star because of all the years that I have been in and out of that restaurant, they have not yet once treated me in a way to where I do not feel welcome. Their food is amazing. I have not once complained about the food. In fact, throughout the years of me complaining the only thing I have been complaining about is them not adding jelly to my biscuit, at times it seems like they always forget to add the jelly packet to the food. The atmosphere is pretty cozy there's really nothing for me to complain about when it comes to the actual looks of the place. But there is always room for improvement. The one thing that they can definitely improve in is the customer service because there's only one person behind the counter every single time that I'm there. I am the type of person that really doesn't go off the menu as much meaning that I won't buy anything out of the ordinary. So the only thing that I do Buy in Popeyes is the chicken strips (boneless chicken) with the combo of french fries and biscuits. That always hits the spot. They always make it in the right way every single time when I do buy the chicken strips, there has never been a time where it's not properly cook because it is always cooked just right. ”
